From the slums of Brazil and the most rural parts of South American to some of the wealthiest counties in the United States, Elias has had the privilege of working with people of all different kinds of educational levels, ethnic backgrounds and social classes.

Elias is a graduate of Coach University, he holds an ACC credential from the International Coach Federation and is a board member of the NJ chapter of the ICF. Elias has a diploma in graphic and web design from the Chubb Institute in NJ and also holds a Master's in Music degree from the Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ. Elias is originally from Brazil. He moved to the USA in 1992 and today lives in Franklin Park, NJ.
